Wide World of Sports, Here I Come

I learned something very important this past week.

It is possible — with the proper combination of enthusiasm, clumsiness, and dumb luck — to throw the ball backwards, into the crowd, in Wii Bowling.

(The legless playmobile spectators find it rather alarming.)

This is by far the most important thing I achieved in the past 7 days.  And probably my greatest achievement in Wii Sports to date.

  1. In my family, you would be heralded as a hero. Then we would all learn your technique and the game would become Wii ‘throwing bowling balls at spectators’. Just like the Nintendo 64 GoldenEye where instead of competing the tank mission, we just drove over all the pedestrians.
